This is an edited-down version of a case study I worked on and presented to a client in my senior year of college. The client was a “boutique DIY studio” based in a middle class neighborhood in Philadelphia that offered hands-on classes to customers looking to create DIY home decor from raw materials. Within the case study, my teammates and I presented KPIs, a mockup social calendar, sample posts, and competitive analysis to help refine the client’s social media strategy.
